For years, architects and builders have specified aluminum windows for their overall strength and lasting value. Because of their rigidity, durability and narrow frames, aluminum windows can be configured into a wide variety of combinations that maximize views. Aluminum windows also are popular because of their low maintenance. They won't rust or rot. You don't have to paint them. And they're available with tough anodized or baked-on finishes.
UniJalTM Windows​
UniJal windows add a modern touch to any home or businesss. Each window opens to provide 96% airflow (unlike a traditional single-hung window that only allows 50% airflow). UniJal's patented gear track design is so effective in closing the louvers that air infiltration is minimal.
UniJal window frames and hardware are primarily made with durable 6063-T5 and 6063-T6 aluminum alloy.
Louver blades, available in 4 4/2" or 8 1/2", are made from either aluminum, glass or wood. Screen frames are made from 6063-T6 extruded aluminum alloy with aluminum or fiberglass screen mesh.
Finishes are either mill aluminum, electrostatically painted white or bronze.
Gibralter Windows​
Our Gibralter 500 series louvered jalousie is available in aluminum or wood louvers.
The Gibralter 500 aluminum louver has been tested in Florida at The Hurricane Test laboratory to the strict testing protocols of Miami-Dade PA 202 and 203 and ASTM E330 for structural performance, and SSTD 12-99 for impact resistance from windborne debris.
The Gibralter 500 can be manufactured to your custom size in both height and width.
Aluminum/Louvered Jalousie Windows​
If 100% ventilation from the wonderful Caribbean tradewinds is your goal, jalousie windows are your best choice. Our all aluminum Jalousie "Miami" windows are made with heavy duty extruded aluminum blades 1/16" or 1/8" thick.
These windows provide a balanced design, solid construction, and maxium corrision protection from the salt air. Inside screens provide easy cleaning and maintenance. Attractive designs and color availabilities in white or bronze allow for multiple design possibilities.
Our 4" Jalousie louvered windows are available with either glass or wood (cypress). Glass is available in clear, obscure, bronze, gray, clear obscure or bronze obscure.
